There are about 30 images that show him at 5'9.75 or 5'10 even accounting for posture.
Rob - what objections do you have to giving him a peak height? It's clear he shrank 1 inch.

Actually, having seen more of him, I was thinking more 5'10.5 AT THE VERY MOST and possibly somewhere in 5'10-5'10.5 range more than 5'10.5-5'11. I certainly have a hard time believing he's near 5'11 with 5'11.75 listed Nick Sandow here: Click Here And David also seems to be in bigger footwear: Click Here

Editor RobHe has looked anywhere from 5ft 10 to 11 range, 5ft 10.5 isn't impossible, he may well be near that.

Do you really think he's near 5'11, Rob? Even after 3 seasons of Dexter, I'm still not sure about this guy... All I can say is that he looks very average on the show, and quite close to C. Hall, but he's a very tricky one to pin down!

He was also memorable in Oz. This guy reminds me of Dennis Farina in that he is a former cop and he can play out of what he knows: cops and/or criminals. I think this accurate listing.
