Fila Disruptor are a trainer first released in 1996. A chunky style, the Disruptor 2 was released in 2018 and offers good padding and support, plus provides a decent boost to your height.
In terms of thickness, I measured a pair of Disruptor 2 as giving you 4cm, or almost 1.6 inches of height. That's what I'd call a very thick pair of sneakers.
