Star Wars Sand Resistance
Po-Zu High-Top boots are lightweight and ethically made sneakers. The insoles are very spongy and one of the most comfortable I've worn.
From the outside, the sole looks quite thick, measuring about 1 and 3/8ths inch. Of course the insole itself, sits lower down inside the high-top, and I measured a brand new pair as giving you near 1 inch (2.5cm) of height. After a bit of wear the insole will lose 1-2mm and settle a fraction under 1 inch.
